USB 81 error message when printing

I get a usb 81 error message when trying to print. How can I fix this problem? My email address is- geraldine_self@nccs.k12.nc.us
 
Also, it's not good to include your e-mail address in a public forum as you're basically welcoming spammers into your inbox. You'll get the answers you need here in your thread so just make sure you check often. Just edit your original post and remove the e-mail address.

But please do provide the information that EDCC requested.
