This amazing device from www.diskonkey.com (also sold by IBM under the name USB Memory Key) now works on Mac OS X. I had to update my DiskOnKey's (DOK) firmware with some utilities on Windows 2000 (didn't work under Win98).
You can quickly plug in to Mac, Windows, and Linux computers and share files among them. Great product!
