I'm having a problem with my USB HDD, basically I had it set up as my time machine drive and have all my backups on there, I have a Macbook Pro and when ever I connect the drive the MB see's the drive and mounts it on the desktop but it won't allow me to view anything in the folders listed, it won't allow me to repair or mount the disk in disk utility either, I have checked the permissions and I should have read & write access.
