Local power is off (i.e., on battery power ... so far) and I get continuing, repeating "USB Low Power notice" windows (multiple, "shingled". i.e., 5)
NO USB devices are plugged in. None. Not even within "arcing" distance! Only the phone RJ11 plug and the power supply plug.
