Hi
I have a late 2007 macbook that I connect to a pinnacle hybrid pro stick (e330) so that I'm able to watch tv.
Untill a few days ago, this worked fine. Now, I have the following problems:
- if I connect the stick directly to my macbook's usb port, the error message: 'device is connected to a 1.1 speed usb port and must be connected to a high speed usb port' appears (or something like that')
- if I connect the stick to the usb hub, where it used to be when it worked, it is not recognised
I upgraded to Snow Leopard a few weeks ago, so that may be the cause of my problem? The strange thing is then, that the pinnacle stick has worked fine on SL for a few weeks. During all this time, the stick was connected to my macbook. The problem appeared when I disconnected the stick for the first time since my upgrade and wanted to reconnect it.
- I tested the speed of my other usb devices on the same hub, and they seemed to work on 2.0 speeds
- the software version of Eyetv I use is 2.xxx
Many thanks for your help!
