reason i said use spotlight is you may have moved it unknowingly-- go into your hard drive>usrs>library>utilities> it should be there.

either via Apple from upper left corner > about this Mac > more info >> will open it.
Or via hd on finder: /Applications/Utilities/System Profiler.
