We have several hundred users logging into 10.4 Xserves. On occasion I will get a call saying that a user cannot log in. When I go to reset the password I find that the user is not in Workgroup Manager. I then check the server that hosts their home folder and find that it is there. I end up having to create a new account for them, then transfer their files from there old home folder to their new home folder and resetting up the email. I am quite concerned that users are just disappearing out of the directory. Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated.
