Using a custom cursor in OS X?

Hey guys, I found a really nice custom cursor on deviant art (you can view it in attachments) and I would like to use it as my native OS cursor. How do I do that? How can I use a custom cursor in Mac OS X (version 10.5-10.6)?

You could use Mighty Mouse. It does cost $10 though
