Using Apple Mail to send via GoogleApps nickname & mapped domain?

I'm trying to use Apple Mail with my Google Apps account which has multiple domains & nicknames mapped to it.

In Mail, separated with commas, I have added several email addresses to a single account:

info@domain.com, my.name@domain.com,
info@other.com, my.name@other.com,
info@third.com, my.name@third.com, etc

I can send and receive from each as expected, however, each email is marked with my primary GoogleApps emails address and is using that for the return address too:

info@domain.com appears to be from Me <info@domain.com>
my.name@other.com also appears to be from Me <info@domain.com>

How can I set this to show the correct outgoing/return address? Like so:

info@domain.com -> Info <info@domain.com>
my.name@other.com -> My Name <my.name@other.com>
