I read your response dated 23 April 2005 to a member's question regarding the appearance of vertical lines on his powerbook. I am experiencing a similar kind of problem with the appearance now of 3 vertical lines on my G$ powerbook and each line is 3 inches apart and from 1 to 3 pixels in width. These lines have gradually appeared over the last two years.
However, if I flex the titanium lid in opposite directions, I am able to make all three lines disappear completely but of course am not able to maintain this flexing position for more than a few seconds. What do you advise?
