Video iChat with Windows AIM user

Hi,

When I try to start up a video iChat with a windows XP AIM user, it tries to connect, but then says that I did not respond. I've Googled and haven't found any concrete answers to this problem. Both the person I'm chatting with and I have opened up all the recommended ports in our firewalls. I'm connected to the internet through a Dell TrueMobile 2300 router, over an ethernet connection. The router is connected to the internet through a DSL line. I updated the firmware in the router to the most recent available version, and we are both running the most up-to-date versions of iChat(in my case) and AIM (in his case). I'm running Mac OS X on a Mac Mini that I just bought last month. I'm able to chat back and forth with the other person, but cannot get the video to work. Please help!
