Video Importing question?

I'm looking for something that will allow me to transfer any video tapes I have into a format that will allow me to burn as a DVD. I'm looking into something external (either USB or Firewire). Any suggestions? thanks!
 
I use the Dazzle Hollywood DV Bridge to connect my VHS to my firewire port. The unit converts RCA video into firewire DV that iMovie can import with a snap. Once it's in iMovie, edit as you please and then export for iDVD. Burn to DVD, voila! =)
