Depends on what model of TV you have and what you're willing to purchase in the way of adapters and stuff.
Currently, you haven't given us any information that can help us recommend any specific solution (kind of like saying "I have a Ford -- what type of gas does it take?" -- Model T? Diesel truck? Ford Pinto? There's too many options.).
With that being said, what you need to do is one of the following:
1) Post the make and model of all devices in question, or
2) Describe in detail what connections are available on your TV.
Basically, you want to get video out of your iBook G4 and into a compatible connector on the TV. VGA adapters were available for the iBook G4s -- that may be a good place to start. Next, you want to get audio out of your iBook G4 and into the TV -- for that, there's the headphone jack.
