I wrote a E-Mail to Connectix asking if there is an option to upgrade to the OS X version of Virtual PC for people that buy VP now.
This is the answer I got:
Connectix plans to make an announcement regarding our OS X product in the next 60 days. This announcement may or may not include information about an upgrade path. At this point in time, an upgrade path does not exist.
