Virtual PC vs iEmulator

I'm running into the need for a Windoze emulator in order to use an internet based trading platform Obviously heard of Virtual PC, I find it pricey and have no experience with it, but just bumped into iEmulator.

Anyone with experience on the latter ? (its cheap so I tend to favor it) love:: or any experience at all that might help me out choosing the rite one ?
