virtual pc with multiple accounts

Hi everybody. I have recently installed Virtual PC on my iMac G5 but it is giving me weird errors. The thing is that my computer has 2 admin users and both must be able to use THE SAME virtual machine. So what I did is to place the virtual machine file in the "users/shared" folder. Now the virtual machine works fine when logged in with the user that CREATED the virtual machine. But when the other user, (which also has admin privileges) tries to acccess the VMachine Windows XP displays some errors like "cannot write on the c: drive". The thing is that the info pane of the VM file says that EVERYONE has read/write permission.
Any help on how to solve this?
