I am using virtual PC for mac in order to have access to the internet for banking (the security settings of Safari does not allow me to do internet banking).
When starting virtual PC for mac (version 7) I get the message: virtual switch networking could not be started. Please notify Microsoft: Code A1004. Permissions for the support files were set correctly, but virtual switch failed to load.
I then cannot access any webpage with internet explorer, whereas I can with Safari. I am using Mac OSX Panther.
It is a new development. I haven't had this problem with virtual PC before.
