i'd just like to say that those of you who havent checked out this application TOTALLY should. it plays divxs WELL, in their native AVI (PC) formats, and in full screen ... so you dont need quicktime pro!
thanks reiman for posting. i would never have known about this app otherwise.
when i had 0.4.0 it got messed up and i couldnt see divx, i thought by getting 0.4.1 would fix this, but it doesnt. It will display a black screen, but i can hear the sound...any help?
Thousands of colors. Change to thousands of colors. I know if you have QT 6 Preview installed you need to change to thousands of colors to view the Divx movies.
It interest the developers. It seems indeed that it isn't due to QT6 but to hardware( on my cube i can play avi's files well.)
So could anyone who has such problems could mail to vlc developers and give them a good description of you problems with the maximum detail on your configuration...
