Voice chat or VOIP?

I would like to be able to talk to my parents (who are on a Windows machine) via the internet. MSN Messenger and Yahoo! do it for windows but not the Mac. I just discovered SquidCam, but there is no Windows version.

Any ideas?
 
Take a look at ISQP

Best video conferencing program I've used, and there are versions for both PC and Mac. You can download and try it out for 30 days.

edX, do you know if you can connect via domain name as opposed to IP? I am on ADSL and my IP might change.

I will try this tonight!
 
no idea, i used it once a few versions ago with a fellow site member. we just emailed our current addresses to each other and then connected. it worked well enough once we figured some stuff out. definitly read the instructions as some important settings are not intuitive.
