The ReadMe file promises "...significant performance enhancements for Virtual PC running in Mac OS X" but I would be more likely to call it "modest". Things like Quicktime do launch faster, but screen re-draws still seem pretty sluggish.
I'm running VPC 5.0.2 on an AGP G4 400 with 512MB RAM.
I'm curious: what are other people's sense of the increased performance?
Also, I suggest you "Save Hard drive changes" before you upgrade or you might get a message saying the changes are corrupt and that you have to revert to the last saved state. That wasn't a big deal for me since I only use VPC to test web sites but it might be for others.
