Office: Windows XP
I wanted to setup VPN connecting my mac to my office's PC.
1. System Preference > Network
2. Click "+" button
3. Select "VPN" for "Interface"
4. Select "PPTP" for "VPN"
5. Enter service name as "ABC" (of coz, using my company's name)
6. Click "Create"
7. Enter Server Address - (my company's server address looks like an IP. i.e. xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx)
8. Enter Account Name - vpn_henrychan
9. Click "Authentication Settings..." button
10. Enter in the password
11. Click "OK"
12. Click "Apply"
13. Click "Connect"
14. It prompt my password has expired (my tech colleague already told me this will prompt) - as attachment
15. I entered in new password, then confirm new password, and click "OK"
16. Then I get an error message - "Authentication Failed" - as attached
