Wacom Internal Driver Error

I have a Wacom Intuos 2 tablet that I have problem installing on OS 10.2.
It works perfectly on the lokal administrator level, but when I login as a network user I get a internal driver error.
It used to work at that level but has of some reason stopped working except for the administrator level.

Have you tried de-installing it, restarting, downloading the latest driver (there has just been another update..) and installing it again?

Also, when it works fine at one account and not in another, it means it almost certainly lies in the preferences (or other files) of the latter.
