Hey.
I'm trying to figure out whether having to wait for the Jaguar "rainbow spinner" to stop sometimes for minutes at a time when nothing seriously excrutiating is happening to the cpu is normal and to be expected with Jaguar or if this could be an isolated problem maybe because I have OSX and then the update to Jaguar CD instead of the full version.
I work with a lot of graphics programs, have 384 MB RAM a new TiBook and a Dual G4 with not many devices or programs running at once and the same thing has been happening from day one on both systems. Does you get the spinner a lot and if not am I missing something?
Thanks,
