Hi am having problems with my printer an epson c 45, i have it running on a macbook pro with the 10.4.11 mac os .
I hadn´t had any problems until a few days ago the printing job stopped cause the battery ran off on my notebook , when i plugged it back the printer started to print back what it have all ready printed and did not finish the entire job (a six pages long one).
I have the mac generic drivers in order, epson stylus c 45 - cups+gutenprint v5.2.1.
i have erased the printers list with the hope it will reset it self, but nothing happend.

This as occurred in 2 epson`s c 45 my family owns. When it happend with the first one i switched to the other because i couldn´t fix it, but now it has happend again and i have no printers left to switch to.

can you help me fix it?

If you're using Leopard, open up System Preferences, then head over to "Print & Fax." Right-click in the list of printers on the left-hand side, and select "Reset printing system..."

This will remove all printers and reset the CUPS subsystem, which should help you in getting the printer working again.
