Warcraft II CD in OSX?

Has anyone managed to get his W2 CD recognized in OSX? I havnt and its annoying the hell out of me... especially with W3 shipping only next year =/

I had no trouble mounting the W2 CD or the W2 Expansion Set in Mac OSX, so I don't know whats wrong with your computer/copy sorry?
 
my osx install is fairly typical... I use os 9.2.1 for classic BTW.
Currently, the cd mounts fine, the map editor launch fine but the game itself fails to recognize it and launch in "demo" mode... pretty annoying
