I am in need of real time web conferencing medium which could be applicable for both Mac and PC. Most of my colleagues use Mac and my relatives use PC. Is there any solution available that can serve my needs so that I have not to expend for two appliances. All tips and suggestions welcome.

What you want is a server level conference program, that is cross platform and the one I can think of is Marratech. However for home use, depending on the OS X system you have, have both parties use the LATEST version of AOL and you use (on the Mac) iChat. This of course depends that you all have video cameras that work with your computers.

Another alternative could be MSN latest on Windows side and aMSN on Mac side as those do video.

Or Skype, naturally.

I think you should opt for GoMeetNow which is available from http://www.gomeetnow.com/. It is a multi-functional web conferencing for both PC & Mac. Its "Universal Attendance" technology ensures that everyone can join the meeting with no download whatsoever, supporting attendees on Windows, Mac, Linux, Unix, or iPhone. A class product and you can also use it for remote PC access. Even Don Cameron, President and CEO, ConferTel quoted it as Slick and Simple. When I first used it I got a free trial. But not after using it for a year now I am confident to recommend it to you. Try it , it won’t disappoint you.
