Web Sharing doesn't start after 10.2.4 update...

So, I updated to 10.2.4, and updated the httpd.conf file to reactivate php. I tried to restart Web sharing, and it just stalls. It says it is starting up for hours on end.

Any ideas why?

Restore your httpd.conf from the backup copy.

(Search for and read the other posts for more details...)

I've already done the httpd.conf restore. I've read almost all the other posts, but can't seem to find a solution that fixes my problem.

From the teminal type "httpd stop". That should give you the httpd.conf line with the error.

Once it is fixed you can restart either with "httpd start" or the Sharing Pref Pane.

Frankly I think the Sharing Pref Pane needs a "Force Stop" button... Ideally it would show the same message as httpd stop...
