D d8n_two Registered Feb 18, 2003 #1 So, I updated to 10.2.4, and updated the httpd.conf file to reactivate php. I tried to restart Web sharing, and it just stalls. It says it is starting up for hours on end. Any ideas why? Thanks in advance.

TommyWillB Registered Feb 23, 2003 #4 From the teminal type "httpd stop". That should give you the httpd.conf line with the error. Once it is fixed you can restart either with "httpd start" or the Sharing Pref Pane. Frankly I think the Sharing Pref Pane needs a "Force Stop" button... Ideally it would show the same message as httpd stop...
