Web Sharing in 10.3.9

I just upgraded from .8 to .9, and now my web sharing won't start up. I click start, and it says "web sharing starting up" for as long as i let it. any ideas?
 
Try replacing the config file with the default one just to see if it is currupt or something. It is /etc/httpd/httpd.conf

i was thinking that may be the problem...i did tweak the config file a bit for perl scripts...i'll try that now
 
alright...its all set...i had a feeling that would do it but i didn't want to mess anything up too bad...i have just recently been getting into this more in-depth stuff
