WebCam chat between OSX and Win users

I now live on a different continent to my dad, he uses Windows and I'm a MacOSX user. Does anyone have any suggestion as to which service / method to use for us both to be able to chat using WebCams. The services I've looked up only support OS9 (if at all). Maybe there's a way to do a peer to peer (IP to IP) connection. I've never even tried anything like this before.

All help in trying to get the old mans smiley face and hacking cough on my screen in real time much appreciated.

Yahoo works fine here.
Also recently read in a thread in here about xophone which is supposed to be netmeeting compatible
