Webcast on QT6

MWSF was my first ever webcast!

I was amazed! And I'm not talking about the contents.. but about QT6! I was never able to watch any live event this well, as I'm on a modem line. QT6 made it possible! Ok, video quality was obviously bad, but the audio never glitched: perfect!

On a second note I was holding back my purchase of Jaguar because I wanted to see what was going on with the iApps.

I think I'm getting my Jag today!

That's a nice note and a good decision.

I'm re-watching the keynote right now and must say, I'm also impressed. QT6 and MPEG-4 made this possible.

I agree. I too was amazed at the flawlessness of the broadcast. I was watching it sitting on my sofa with my Tibook and Wifi. I even thought the video quality was rather nice even when doubling the size.

However, I wouldn't have been able to watch it had it not been for a friend who told me to how to configure the transaction protocoll in system preferences. I would have waited forever for the "configuring" message to disappear.
