websharing update (1.0) -> web sharing won't turn on anymore :(

Hello,

After installing a clean mac os x and afterwards the mac os X combo update websharing worked fine.

Then I updated websharing and the websharing can't be turned on any more.
It says: web sharing starting up, and that's it, it doesn't start up

Anyone else experience this / know the cause / know a workaround?
