Weird GarageBand Problem with loops..

Most of my loops dissapeared. So I deleted the "Apple Loops Index" txt files, reopened Garageband and pulled all the apple loops back in. But it only shows about 10 of the loops!!! I've done it several times. And if I pull 1 or 2 loops in by them selves it says "loop already in library.. would you like to replace?

WTF is going on here?
