it does stop pop ups. (did you restart Netscape when you unchecked it ?)
in fact it even stops the target="_blank" html from opening a new window

I believe Pinstripe or Navzilla will work and give you two great OS X themes. But I cn't be sure, cause NS 7 won't install on my 10.2.

I like 7 also. The Mail filters are backwards though. To block junk one must create a rule for each sender! At least I think that's how it works. Dumb.
