WGM "Create Home Now" not working

Hi,

I'm setting up a new server (OD Master) and have added users to the LDAP directory but when I try to use the "Create Home Now" button to make the users home directory or use the terminal command "sudo createhomedir -a" nothing happens, so when I try to login as a user I get the "missing home directory" error?

Can anyone point me in the right directions, the permissions look ok on the /Users directory.

Server: 10.4.2 (Open Directory Master)
Client: 10.4.2
Network Home Dir: /Users

Hi, the "create Home Now" problem has been resolved by installing my own DNS servers and not relying on the flakey Active Directory DNS in my network. Xserver requires the DNS to be solid otherwise you will get no end of problems.

For a low cost solution use Mac OS X client 10.4, Bind 9.2.2 (included in 10.4) and Webmin (FREE)...
