When I do a network diagnostic, the green lights are lit, until the last two indicators. What do I need to check and where so that I can surf the internet again? It was working on Saturday, but now; nothing.

I am not familiar with what needs to be entered.

Thank you!

You'll need to supply more information.

What model Mac do you have?
What Operating System are you using?
How are you connecting to the Internet?
Do you use a Router?

etc.

i am at work now,
i use a wireless connection with the airport that is built into the system
i can see the signal strength, but am wondering if there is some sort of code or numbers that need to be put into the computer somewhere so the internet will connect

Your airport on your computer is used to connect to a base station or a router. This will be a little box that will connect to the cable or dsl provider. Do you have one of these?

If not, then you may be using a neighbor's signal - you'll need to call an ISP and get them to install an internet connection for you. Then you'll need to purchase a wireless router if you wish to use your laptop wirelessly.
