What hard 7200rpm hard disks would work in a Macbook?

I know little about this. I've learned that the Macbook's HD is very easy to remove and on Ars Technica the reviewer managed to replace the HD with a 120GB 7200RPM hard disk. What HD would one use? They come in all sorts of sizes.

I'm trying to contact the reviewer, but thanks anyway.

6.35 cm [2.5 inch] is standard for most, if not all, (modern day / recent) portable computers.

'What HD would one use?' - each person prefers a different hard disk drive (hdd) manufacture, for one reason or another; and also - cost. 6.35 cm hdd's are more expensive than their 8.89 cm [3.5 inch] siblings.

Just to underscore what sinclair_tm wrote, you need a 2.5 inch serial ATA drive (abbreviated as ---> SATA). It has to be a SATA drive.
