What is this?

A scam to buy cheap junk. Going against my suspicions, I'll assume you received it and really don't understand what's going on. Don't open it, delete it, and move along.
 
My suspicions tell me that whatit is trying to advertise and/or spam us, seeing as how this is his/her first post.

Be wary of first-time posters that post links to Chinese crapware... typically, they, themselves are the perpetrators of the scam.
