What video card?

Hi gurus,

Need help and advice on what video card to buy for an old 450 MHz Dual Processor G4 so that I can rub two monitors, one being the same plastic 17" CRT Apple Display and the other to a plasma TV, through S-Video.

Running Tiger 10.4.2.

Please help as it's kinda urgent.
