What's the difference between OSX Update & OSX Update Combo?

I've seen both versions for 10.3.3
Anyone know what the differences are?

The combo updater works on all 10.3.x releases, while the standard updater only updates the last version (10.3.2).

Combo releases replace every file modified since the original version release. As a result they are very often significantly larger downloads than the Sofware Update version. However, combo updates are the best cure for a Software Update that is having problems.
