What's this command?

I've seen a command used in photoshop and couple of other apps. It's the upward pointing arrow in the attached pic. Please tell me what key this is.

onther one is log out.... its up arrow command Q but when i hold up arrow command q i dont log out, can somebody tell me which button to press?

Even though it looks like it, that's not the symbol for the up arrow. It's the symbol for shift.
 
The actual pic that looks like an up ARROW is the symbol for the shift key. The carat (the shift 6 symbol: ^ ) is the symbol for the CONTROL key. The weird slanty thing with a dash above it is the option key (you'll know what I'm talking about when you see it). And the 4-leaf clover is for the Command key.
 
For future reference, you many want to save this image that contains a number of the glyphs used in menus.
