When in August?

so when does everyone think the new G5 will come out in August? the begining or the end of August.

A lot of reports are that it will not come out until September 2.

By my calendar, that ain't August. Maybe Apple has a special calendar that can do things like that.

They will start shipping in August. But if you want one by October, put your order in now. There was quite a bit if pent-up demand for these things and Apple is selling lots of them.

They're probably using the iCal dock date feature, the one that gets stuck.

My Apple store order says that my G5 Dual will ship on or before September 2nd. But I ordered mine about a week ago. Others who ordered on the announcement date might have a different date.
