Hello,
I just got OS X, I was wondering where the Users are stored. What I mean is that in a 'normal' Linux system, there is a /etc/passwd file where all the users are stored with their group ID etc. I found this file but it only works for single user mode and I can't find the Users I created with the Users System Preferences. Where are they stored ?
I would also like to know what OS X executes at startup: which files and it what order. I found the 'rc' file but I am sure that there are some more.
Thanks for your answer,
Romain
