Where can I get flashing utility and BIOS for a Visiontek GeForce 4 Ti4600 to mac

Where can I get the utility to flash a PC visiontek geforce 4 ti4600 card to become a macintosh one? Also, where can I download a mac bios image for it?
 
Did you check NVidia's website? That'd be the best place to look first.

They *should* have it on their site just in case someone's firmware gets corrupted and they need to fix it.
 
I called Visiontek, they said to call Apple. I called Apple and they said it *CAN* be flashed, but I need to get the BIOS/utility from nvidia. I can't find a phone number for nvidia anywhere... HELP!
