Where does IE store its file helper settings?

I would like to copy the file helper settings of Internet Explorer from one user to another. I can't locate them, however. I looked at ~/Library/Preferences/Explorer/, but the only files there are "Download Cache", "Downloads.html", "English.Toolbar.xml", "Favorites.html", "History.html", and none of them seems to contain what I am looking for.

Does anyone know, where I can find them?
