www.iconfactory.com have a smaller collection. Their work is one of the best, their contest (PixelPalooza) is huge fun.
www.iconizer.com (who makes icons for Panic) are some of the best IMHO.

Does anyone know if there are cross platform issues with iChat iCons?
Do most AIM apps also display a .tiff file, for instance?
