Why do my posts get deleted often or what not?

The other day I posted asking for people to reply (in The Cafe) if they wanted to help write for my site. Now its not there and cant be found. What gives? This has happened before.
 
You can't advertise on this board without permission, and your site contains offensive language. Please don't post it again.
 
My external site contains foul language....and Im sure EVERY SINGLE LINK that people have on here doesnt link to SOME site where an S or F bomb is dropped...psh. Censorship and at least PM me if youre going to do something. I didnt contribute money to be yelled at.
 
Don't link to a site with bad language and you won't be edited.
I didn't see anyone yelling at you.
