Why is it that this happens?
Notice the icon is a 32x32 pixel type. Now there's no reason this should happen. I found out where this icon is located. It's located in the HIToolBox.rsrc file buried in the System folder of OS X. It seems Apple forgot to make all OS X icons have 128x128 formats.
Another mess up I notice is that when I used IE, partially downloaded files used 32x32 pixel formatted versions of an icon from the Classic version of IE instead of the nice 128x128 versions the OS X IE has in it.
There is no reason this should be. I hope 10.2 fixes these little goofs. I mean Apple makes a big stink about OS X having nice 128x128 icons then grabs horribly pixellated icons instead.
Anoither thing I notice is that that file also has a ton of old 32x32 versions of the icon embedded in there for some reason. Just taking up space if you ask me.
