Put it in either /Library/Widgets or ~/Library/Widgets
Or, simply double-click it. It won't show up in the little "Add Widget" dock-thing at the bottom, but it will appear on the actual Dashboard.

It automatically shows up on the add bar at the bottom. I also found the other widgets.
