Hello everyone,

Since Apple released it's os x 10.4 we've all been loving this dashboard. Personally, I just got the Tiger upgrade on the 15th. I was hoping there would be a few more out there that I would use on a day to day basis. Everyone seems to be creating widgets for itunes controls, when there is already one built into the system...anyway...

I am making this list for requests of widgets for those who know how to create them. I am interested in one that would control my Sirius satellite radio when streaming online. A sirius widget (no pun indended), is on the top of my list to find.

Anyway, what do you guys think what would you like to see?
 
Also, bear in mind that if you're not completely satisfied with the widget selection of Dashboard, there's always Yahoo's Konfabulator (now free), the original home of widgets.

p.s. Konfabulator widgets can either hang around on your desktop all the time, or be put on the "Konspose" layer, which is basically like Dashboard, also. The great thing is having the best widgets from both Dashboard and Konfabulator to choose from. :D
 
I think Dashboard puts enough stress on the CPU and memory - no need for installing a complete other engine, only for widgets...
