I would like to share my home DSL connection with our Golf Range Office that we own. The distance from our home to the Range office is about 2500 feet. There are about 1000 feet of trees in between. I currently have a D-link Wireless DI-524 now for my home LAN. Could I just use some type of directional Antenna on top of my home and point it at the Range office and be able to pick up the signal at the range with my airport card in my powerbook? Or Do I need an amplifier before the directional Antenna to boast the signal through the trees? Free Range balls to the one who comes in with the best answer ( lowest cost and highest LAN bandwidth). Thanks in advance for any help...
